Golden Rooster Blessing, New Year's Vision​​

Our first stop was Jinjiyan in Qingyuan, a site steeped in millennia of cultural heritage. As a sacred place for the 'Three Societies' (a local religious tradition), Jinzhi Hall and Huang Daxian Temple drew crowds of worshippers. People made wishes—some praying for the company's success, others for family safety, and still others for the team's future glory—each embodying their hopes for the new year.

Enjoy the pleasure of the North River​​​

After bidding farewell to Jinjiyan, we embarked on a leisurely journey along the Xiao Bei River, where the boat glides through the water and the scenery unfolds like a painting. A gentle breeze caressed the river, its waves rippling, while the lush green mountains and crystal-clear waters on both banks, along with the majestic views of Feilai Gorge, unfolded before our eyes.

On the boat, we savored the fresh flavors of the Beijiang River and authentic Qingyuan cuisine, while colleagues gathered to share work insights and amusing anecdotes. Along the way, ancient shipping relics and today's ecological beauty complemented each other, allowing everyone to deeply appreciate Qingyuan's historical heritage and ecological charm.

The cruise ship arrived at Feilai Temple, where colleagues visited the temple and offered blessings, filled with good wishes and hopes for the new year.

Annual Dinner, Celebrating a Glorious Moment​​

As night fell, the New Silver Cup Hot Spring Hotel was illuminated with dazzling lights, where the annual banquet of Deepcore Semiconductor grandly commenced. The host opened the event with a humorous and witty opening speech, while the screen displayed colleagues' New Year greetings, each frame telling our stories.

At the annual gala dinner, Mr.Lin Guangman, General Manager of Shenzhen Keda Semiconductor, expressed appreciation and gratitude to all employees for their year-long dedication. From a strategic perspective, he reviewed and summarized the company's progress through 2025. He emphasized that Shenzhen Keda Semiconductor's success on the global stage stems from every team member's proactive attitude, down-to-earth approach, commitment to keeping pace with the times, and continuous innovation. Furthermore, he outlined the company's development roadmap and strategic plans for the coming year.

During the award ceremony, outstanding employees and teams took the stage one by one to receive their honors, with applause and cheers echoing throughout the venue. This recognition and encouragement made every colleague feel the warmth and strength of the team.

The dinner featured a series of captivating performances, where colleagues showcased their talents through singing, dancing, and skits.

High-altitude Challenge, Temper Team Will​​​

The next day, we ventured into Gulong Gorge to conquer the high-altitude glass walkway, where the adrenaline-pumping experience forged our team's unity. Perched on the mountain with a sheer drop below, the walkway swayed with every breeze. It demanded not just mental fortitude but the courage to step forward.

At first, some colleagues showed signs of hesitation, but with encouragement and support from their peers, they held hands and stood shoulder to shoulder, cheering each other on as they conquered this 'high-altitude challenge' step by step.

From the viewing platform on the walkway, the canyon unfolds before you—shrouded in mist, like a fairyland. The shared sense of accomplishment after overcoming challenges rekindled the team's unity.

This challenge not only strengthened our mental resilience, but also made us realize that with a united team, no obstacle is insurmountable.

Facing challenges and breaking out of the comfort zone​​​

The wheels rolled over the gravel-covered steep slope, with mud soaking through the clothing. Sand, gravel, and muddy sections were the norm, much like the inevitable challenges in life. Persevering on the slope forced us to step out of our daily comfort zones, learning to combat fear through action as we conquered each challenging stretch.

The joyous time is always fleeting, and the two-day Qingyuan annual team-building trip has concluded successfully. In the new year, we will carry forward this spirit of unity and passion, dedicating ourselves to work with greater enthusiasm and higher morale, working hand in hand to achieve brilliance together!
