The SKD948H turret-type high-temperature test handler is designed for discrete products and IC products requiring high-temperature testing. On the basis of conventional turret architecture, it integrates high-temperature test capabilities and ensures stable performance. It is suitable for PDFN / DFN / MSOP / SOT / SOP / SOD / TO / SMA / B/C and other products for both room-temperature and high-temperature testing and sorting.
● Test Module: 1–4 test stations (optional), supporting both room-temperature and high-temperature testing up to 180°C (High-temperature test includes built-in thermal insulation design).
● Temperature Accuracy: Dual-layer heating plates; maximum heating temperature ≤ 180°C; Temperature control accuracy ±3°C. For example, with PDFN5*6, up to 96 devices can be preheated simultaneously.
● High-temperature Auxiliary Tower Mechanism: High-temperature testing is directly conducted on the high-temperature auxiliary tower to ensure precise temperature control. Meanwhile, anti-collision sensors are equipped at the inlet and outlet.
● Automatic Feeding (Vibration Bowl Feeder)The vibration bowl feeder enables fast and stable feeding.
● Main Turret Table: Driven by DDR motor, equipped with 48 pockets, enabling good expansion capability.
● Orientation / Alignment Module: Highly accurate alignment with positional accuracy of 0.005 mm, orientation precision up to 0.1°.
● Marking Module: Functions including laser marking, dust extraction and marking visual inspection can be completed on the marking turntable, which greatly accelerates the marking speed.
● Taping Module: Taping for good product, also equipped with an automatic material replenishment function.
